In the IoT Industrial Business Unit, we develop innovative solutions that form the foundation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We focus on creating integrated Cloud and Edge platforms for automating and monitoring industrial processes, as well as collecting and processing data. Our work also includes pioneering solutions for managing and optimizing renewable energy flows in both residential and industrial settings. With the tools we provide, we are redefining how industrial applications are developed by bringing the best IT tools into the industrial domain. Our solutions are used by leading global companies in the automotive and industrial robotics sectors.
Your role would include:
  • Designing and implementing robust backend services using NestJS and NodeJS
  • Developing responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces and vscode extensions with VueJS
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested TypeScript code across the stack
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Participating in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy
  • Ensuring high standards of security and data protection
Requirements:
  • Academic education in computer technology (BSc or MSc degree)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS, and VueJS/Nuxt
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Preferred skills and knowledge:
  • Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD for container orchestration and deployment
  • Knowledge of additional popular APIs, like GraphQL or tRPC
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright)
  • Familiarity with GitOps workflows

Upoznaj kompaniju RT-RK

Mi smo RT-RK i proizvodimo embedded softver.  Započeli smo ovu granu industrije pre 30 godina.

Embedded je softver putem kog tvoj ekran u kolima komunicira sa motorom ili čipovi u zvučniku sa ostatkom sistema pametne kuće. RT-RK radi najkompleksnije projekte u toj oblasti na svetu, ali više o tome kasnije.

Ponosimo se time da smo obrazovali preko 1000 inženjera u ovoj oblasti, od kojih velik deo još uvek radi kod nas. Sarađujemo s fakultetima u istraživačkom radu. Imamo mentorske programe, stipendije, i naši zaposleni kroz rad na inostranim projektima imaju priliku da iskuse rad u inostranstvu.

Sedište nam je u Novom Sadu od samog početka, a vremenom smo otvarali i odeljenja u Beogradu, Banjaluci i Osijeku.

Pomažemo studentima da postanu ozbiljni inženjeri

Organizujemo različite letnje škole i prakse kako bismo pružili studentima priliku da se upoznaju sa industrijom i steknu prva iskustva. Tokom jula i avgusta organizujemo letnje škole u Novom Sadu i Beogradu iz embedded oblasti razvoja.

Osim toga, nudimo programe stipendiranja za studente na različitim nivoima studija. Stipendiramo i izradu završnih radova (BSc i MSc) ako izabereš neku temu sa spiska instituta RT-RK.

Zamerke

Plata je bila gotovo na nivou minimalca, a rad se odvijao u dve smene, što dodatno otežava svakodnevno funkcionisanje. Pauze su se merile štopericom, što dovoljno govori o nivou poverenja i odnosa prema zaposlenima. Šef je bio neefikasan i ignorisao je mišljenja zaposlenih. Nije zaista slušao šta mu se govori — delovalo je kao da samo čeka da sagovornik završi kako bi mogao da nametne svoju verziju priče, često neiskrenu. Umesto da se fokusira na unapređenje procesa i kvaliteta rada, više je vremena provodio sedeći u kancelariji, slušajući podkaste i razgledajući najskuplje satove, smatrajući da takav pristup zaslužuje godišnju nagradu. U praksi, ništa suštinski nije unapređeno — promene su bile isključivo estetske. Za zamenika je postavio osobu koja mu bezrezervno povlađuje, a njih dvojica su koristili svaku priliku da se obračunavaju sa onima koji bi izneli drugačije mišljenje ili ukazali na problem. Umesto da podstiču timski duh, negovali su zavađene odnose unutar tima, pa čak i između različitih timova. Kada bi se među kolegama razvilo prijateljstvo ili dobra saradnja, trudili su se da ih razdvoje po smenama. Zapošljavanje novih ljudi odvijalo se gotovo „na traci“, dok su starije i iskusnije kolege, koje zaista poznaju posao, bile potcenjivane. Znanje i iskustvo nisu bili vrednovani. Drago mi je što više ne radim tamo.
