Job Description:

We're looking for motivated, result-oriented people to join our team. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and scaling automation frameworks, engineering solutions, and intelligent tooling that enable teams to build, validate, and operate complex platforms efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Automation Architecture & Framework Design: Architect and evolve automation frameworks and reusable tooling that support validation across services, platforms, data pipelines, and user interfaces. Design extensible, maintainable solutions that teams can adopt and extend without heavy central dependency.
• Tooling & Platform Enablement: Build and integrate tools that simplify automation workflows, reporting, data validation, and environment interaction. Enable teams to automate complex scenarios involving distributed systems, large data sets, and cross-platform dependencies.
• AI-Driven Engineering Solutions: Lead the application of AI and intelligent techniques to enhance automation and engineering workflows. Explore and implement capabilities such as intelligent generation, self-adapting automation, anomaly detection, and assisted analysis.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Platform, and Product teams to influence architecture decisions with automation and operability in mind. Support teams onboarding new platforms, content sets, or data domains by defining automation approaches and integration strategies early.
• Infrastructure, Environments & Data: Guide the design and use of environments and data sets that support realistic, scalable automation. Improve reliability and repeatability of automation by addressing environmental and data-related constraints. Ensure automation solutions operate effectively across development, integration, and release pipelines.
• Mentorship & Technical Stewardship: Provide hands-on technical mentorship to engineers working on automation and tooling. Review designs and implementations for scalability, maintainability, and long-term viability. Raise the overall engineering bar through example, guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Continuous Improvement & Governance: Drive continuous improvement in automation strategy, tooling, and adoption based on outcomes and feedback. Establish meaningful metrics and visibility into automation effectiveness and platform readiness. Balance innovation with stability, ensuring solutions scale sustainably.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with mainstream defect tracking tools and test management tools.
• Implementing AI solutions to optimize workflows and test coverage.
• Applying NLP for requirement parsing, log analysis, and automated test creation.
• Building self-healing automation frameworks that adapt to UI/API changes.
• Integrating AI-powered monitoring and reporting into QA pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages for scripting and model integration.
• Experience using test result reporting tools like Allure, Extent Reports or similar
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and skilled in version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including HTTP and WebSockets
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and validating large datasets
