Senior MECM / Intune Specialist

What will you do:

·  Design and Implementation: Develop design and handle the setup and rollout of device management projects.
·  Device Deployment: Oversee the distribution of software, operating systems and security updates.
·  Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues including underlaying technologies and databases.
·  Endpoints Management: Manage clients devices, including Windows 10/11 and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
·  Collaboration: Work with various teams to integrate device management solutions.
·  Security: Maintain security standards and assist in incident handling.
·  Training: Educate IT staff and users on best practices.
·  Reporting: Reports delivery, development and modification, including custom inventory.
·  Scripting: Write and execute PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration, and application deployments.

What we expect from you:

·  Excellent knowledge and experience with MECM / Intune and related technologies.
·  Experience in support of underlaying infrastructure (Windows Server, SQL Server, AD and GPO).
·  Good understanding of cloud environments (MS Azure, Entra ID, M365, MS Defender).
·  Problem-solving and technical support skills.
·  Good communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.
