What’s the opportunity? 

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Database Developer to join our team! As part of a collaborative, tight-knit environment, you will step into large-scale enterprise data warehouse, handling complex financial data. If you thrive at crafting and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL, implementing advanced financial logic while ensuring large platforms run smoothly, we would love to hear from you!  

What will work look like? 

• Writing, maintaining, and tuning complex SQL and PL/SQL code for financial data transformation.
• Translating financial and mathematical requirements into efficient database solutions.
• Troubleshooting and optimising performance on large, high-volume databases.
• Working closely with business experts to understand requirements.
• Mentoring junior developers and helping the team adopt best practices.

Required skills: 

• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, enterprise data warehouse modelling and data principles.
  • Demonstrated track record of optimizing performance and navigating large, high-volume databases with confidence
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail, and natural ability to mentor and inspire other teammates.
  • Equal ability to work independently or as part of a highly driven team.
    • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, as we work with international companies.

Nice-to-have skills: 

• University degree (Technical studies/IT)
• Previous experience with financial data or accounting systems
