We are expanding our team and are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer to provide support to an international client.

The position involves day-to-day engagement with project managers ensuring projects across the portfolio comply with the Delivery Operating Model standards and procedures. Assistance with risk, issues, actions and dependency tracking and support with resource forecasting and management. Operates at project and portfolio level. The role includes hybrid working, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting efficient project initiation, ensuring proper governance, and maintaining project management standards across all phases:

Project Initiation: Setting up projects in internal systems (Front Pilot, datastore, PM toolkit), ensuring correct templates and structures are used.
Governance & Compliance: Overseeing mandatory documentation, stage gates, and reporting; ensuring alignment with internal/external requirements.
Methodology & Best Practices: Acting as support for regional PM Champions to apply standardized project management methodologies.
Meeting & Resource Management: Coordinating monthly governance meetings (“Gardening Calendar”); managing initial and ongoing project resource alignment.
Toolkit & Process Maintenance: Handling updates and change control for PM tools (Project Plan, RAID, Scoping Tool, etc.).
Reporting & Insights: Producing internal reports, ensuring quality and timeliness; coordinating Post-Implementation Reviews and tracking financial performance vs. forecast.

Requirements:

·       Experience with project management tools (MS Project or similar)

·       1-3 years of experience

·       University degree: preferably technical or management department

·       English Language: Upper-Intermediate or higher

·       High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
