We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development of new products and optimize existing ones, ensuring our customers enjoy seamless and delightful banking experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive mobile integrated channels, support mobile commerce adoption and build enabling tools, enhancing quality of service and efficiency. The future Product Owner will build and lead a newly formed Mobile Sales & Service squad with end-to-end responsibility for delivering sales journeys, service capabilities, and mobile CX improvements for PI and SME segments.
What you can expect:
- Develops and shares expertise in mobile banking app sales and service capabilities used by end users remotely and/or sales representatives in branches
- Ensures deep understanding of the target market and customers
- End-to-end responsible for development in own group of products and services
- Reports on usage and growth in own group of products and services
- Proposes new initiatives to improve performance and enable further growth
- Guides agile team and ensures shared vision and direction
- Manages backlog and creates roadmaps in line with overall strategy
- Create requirements in the forms of epics and user stories
- Continuously defines and validates acceptance criteria of delivered solutions
- Plans product releases and sets expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Works with key stakeholders to prioritize business requests and customer needs according to ROI
- Partners with Marketing and CRM to develop rollout plans and scaling up of the products
- Works with design experts to ensure quality UX
- Supports other functions in resolving related queries
What you bring:
- Faculty degree
- 2Y+ of experience in building digital products, preferably in banking area
- Project management experience
- Experience with product development ideally in agile way of work
- Good written and spoken English (B2 level at least)
