About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to help translate business needs into clear development priorities and deliver valuable software solutions. The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and engineering teams to ensure the team understands what needs to be built, why it matters, and what success looks like.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance business priorities with technical considerations, communicate clearly, and keep an Agile development team focused on delivering meaningful results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and project objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from clients and other stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups as needed.
• Answer questions and resolve ambiguities so the development team can work efficiently.
• Review completed work and confirm that deliverables meet the agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate priorities, scope changes, dependencies, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Help ensure that delivered features align with business goals and provide value to end users.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions in a changing environment.
