Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: Junior Support Engineer in Logistics

We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our Logistics team, to be focused on providing support and ensuring customer success for our WMS application. This role will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with clients to enhance their experience with our platform.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support:
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for WMS and TMS solutions to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with users regarding their inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor whether the resolution of issues is in accordance with the SLA
• Proactive Engagement:
• Regularly check in with users to identify potential issues before they occur.
• Measure and track Net Promoter Score (NPS) to evaluate user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation and Knowledge Base:
• Update and maintain user guides and the product knowledge base for easy access to accurate information.
• Create and refine FAQs and troubleshooting documents to empower users with self-service options.
• Customer Success:
• Build strong relationships with users to foster trust and loyalty.
• Suggest product improvements based on user feedback and support interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure every user has a seamless experience and would recommend our solutions.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics
• No prior experience is required; training will be provided
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and applications.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Customer orientation

It would be a plus to have

• Familiarity with WMS, or TMS software is a plus.
