Junior IT Engineer

As a Junior IT Engineer in our IT & Security team, you will be involved in:

• Administering and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, routers, and access points
• Installing, configuring, and upgrading network equipment
• Monitoring network performance and ensuring stability and availability
• Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues
• Assisting in configuration and deployment of network devices
• Supporting maintenance and upgrades of the network environment
• Maintaining network documentation and technical records
• Ensuring compliance with network security standards and policies
• Monitoring and responding to information security events
• Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and user guidelines
• Collaborating with system and network teams to enhance IT operations
• Providing technical support to internal users

About you

• 1+ year of working experience is an advantage
• You have solid knowledge of computers and IT fundamentals
• You have basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• Familiarity with CLI-based configuration of network devices is a plus
• You are organized, proactive, and a fast learner
• You demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are willing to learn and apply new technologies and tools
• You are a team player, open to collaboration, and comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas
