HR Generalist

Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on Serbian market in R&D Centre, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team in Belgrade.

ON-SITE, Monday - Friday with flexible start between 7:30 - 9:30 AM.

We are looking for: HR Generalist - 2 years fixed contract.

Job Description:

• Formulating the company recruitment strategy; organizing and completing the recruitment to meet the company’s talent needs.
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process, including but not limited to confirming recruiting needs, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers.
• Responsibility for campus recruitment & employer branding including hosting and attending college/ university career activities & events.
• Working closely with the local and HQ business departments and other functions of HR department to understand the business department’s recruitment & people development needs.
• Responsibility for people developments including employee onboarding & offboarding, new onboarding orientation training, employee relationship and others.
• Implementation and consultation of employee regarding employee handbook, HR related policy   /memo/ & related SOP
• Other  tasks as required by chain of reporting

Requirements and preferable skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist role. 
• Good learning and communication skills.
• Resilient, learning and goal oriented, flexible and oriented on finishing operational tasks.
• Fluent in English.
