We are looking for:

DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Linux and automation to bridge the gap between traditional infrastructure and the evolving world of Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for building resilient, high-performance environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and collaborating closely with AI Engineers to optimize the deployment and monitoring of AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecture development in Infrastructure as a Code, ensuring its resilience, security and focus on performance
• In charge of automation of operational tasks (develop scripts and tools that streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and implement self-healing system capabilities
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of application tools based on vendor software solutions on Linux and Windows environment via automated manner through dedicated tools
• Monitoring of Infrastructure and Application servers and setting up thresholds/alerts, transitioning toward AIOps by implementing proactive anomaly detection and automated incident correlation.
• Closely working with AI engineers on implementation and assistance of development of AI agents
• Testing, utilizing and optimizing AI agents with cooperation of AI engineering team specifically focusing on latency reduction and resource orchestration
• Consulting AI engineers about system architecture and setting up guardrails for AI agents including rate-limiting, data privacy controls, and cost monitoring
• Build up the knowledge database in multidisciplinary team for AI purposes
• Responsible for the failover of solutions and continuity of the application availability
• Quickly resolve issues and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall organization in collaboration with stakeholders
• Maintaining detailed documentation of system configuration, procedures and incidents for future references
• Participates in meetings with stakeholders for projects setup and deployment
• Working on Licences server and user management

About you

• At least 2+ years of working experience in DevOps position with strong focus on Linux
• Good knowledge of RHEL, Ubuntu (installation, configuration, administration and monitoring of applications)
• Experience in managing Cloud environments
• Knowledge of at least one IaC tool (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Scripting language knowledge (ideally Bash) and advanced proficiency in Python for automation and data handling
• Good knowledge GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker
• Basic understanding of the Machine Learning pipeline (Data ingestion, training, deployment)
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana and the ELK/Loki stack for centralized logging
• Willingness to learn new things, investigate unknown problems and improve existing implementation
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects according to schedule
• Good command of written and spoken English

It would be a plus to have

• AWS certification
• Skilled in Windows server administration and PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of MLFlow, RAG, Token usage optimization, prompt engineering
• Knowledge of Vector databases
• AI agents and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration experience
• Knowledge of API gateways
• Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization for high-compute AI workloads
