- Support the finance team with basic administrative finance tasks, such as organizing invoices/receipts and assisting with matching transactions to the appropriate invoices.
- Maintain well-organized documentation for monthly finance processes (invoices, receipts, approvals).
- Assist with booking and coordinating travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Responsible for the procurement of essential office supplies and amenities, including water, coffee, and stationery, to ensure a well-equipped work environment.
- Perform routine office management duties to support the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities.
- Provide administrative support related to employee documentation, such as organizing files and assisting with onboarding paperwork.
- Communicate general company updates, including non-working days, office closures, and other relevant announcements, to ensure all employees are well-informed and aligned.
- Experience in a similar role or industry will be an advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership in independent work.
