Imao sam dva kruga razgovora. Prvi je bio opšti sa HR ljudima i sadržao se od standardnih HR pitanja. Provera engleskog na nivou konverzacije obavezna. Drugi deo intervjua sa senior ljudima iz tima je obavezan uz kratku usmenu proveru znanja.

Mladi ljudi, pozitivna atmosfera, širok dijapazon tehnologija koje se koriste, časovi engleskog, materijal za učenje (knjige, kursevi, konferencije). "Ne znam ali sam spreman da naučim" je stav koji se poštuje. Mesečni bonusi su takođe kul.

Zamerke

Mnogo projekata naspram trenutnog broja zaposlenih. Širok dijapazon tehnologija ne dozvoljava dublje upoznavanje sa samom tehnologijom.
