To help people affected by conflict and armed violence, our operations require the availability of highly qualified staff that meet the needs of constantly evolving contexts. A state-of-the-art Workforce Planning practice enables us to take preventive action to anticipate future workforce needs. It relies, among other things, on data and systems that are fit for purpose. We are currently designing a new solution to meet this need.
The Workforce Planning Application Manager will first contribute to the building of the Workforce Planning solution. Once the solution is live, s/he will be in charge of the maintenance and continuous improvement of the solution. S/he will also advise workforce planners on the adequate use of the tools and support them with additional analytics or visualizations when necessary.
The Belgrade Shared Services Center is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:
Workforce Planning Application Manager
(Location: Belgrade; 6 months contract with a high likelihood of extension)
MAIN TASKS
- Contributes to the configuration of the solution: collect business requirements, document specifications, build data models and interfaces to meet the business requirements
- Ensures the system is compliant with rules for referential data and is adequately interfaced; also ensures compliance with established internal and external needs and regulations
- Contributes to the definition of the overall testing strategy including documentation of acceptance criteria and functional test cases; executes testing (functional and/or UAT)
- Supports Workforce Planning Adviser with the data/system aspects of user training; ensures application training documentation is up to date
- Responsible for initiating, leading and accompanying discussions with business to propose changes based on business processes, best practices and quality requirements
- Analyses and documents the business requirements as well as maintains the documentation in accordance with the new evolutions
- With different stakeholders plans the future evolutions of the tools and evaluates the scope, the resources and the budget, as well as ensures business requirements are addressed
- Provides support on applications to users, including access and permissions
- Supports workforce planners by providing additional analytics/visualizations to complement those available in the applications, where necessary
REQUIRED PROFILE
- University degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or related fields along with 4-6 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in managing large and complex data sets, using SQL or similar
- Proven experience in the design & build and/or maintenance of an ERP or planning tool
- Experience or interest in using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Excellent written and communication skills in English, French would be an asset
- Experience in HR would be a strong asset, as well as knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy
- Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
