About the position

We’re looking for an entry-level UI Designer to join our Product Design team and help build consistent, high-quality interfaces across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual design, working within a defined design system, and collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will mostly focus on executing UI design requests for our web and mobile apps. This role is highly collaborative — you’ll work with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Product Designers to translate requirements into polished UI deliverables.

What you'll do

• Produce high-quality UI screens for web and mobile apps, contributing to and using our design system, as well as native UI libraries (iOS and Android).
• Work with product managers and development team on defined UI requests and needs.
• Collaborate with Product Designers on implementation details and consistency.
• Prepare clean Figma files for handoff and support developers during implementation.
• Follow defined design standards and design system structures.
• Make sure designs are implemented as intended during development.

Must-haves

• Minimum 1 years of UI design experience.
• A solid portfolio that clearly showcases your best UI work.
• Good understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, typography..
• Experience using Figma.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback quickly.
• Clear communication skills, professional presence when collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Someone proactive, organized, communicative, as well as grounded in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in CET timezone (9:00-17:00 UTC+1).
• Excellent English skills.

• Please send your portfolio with 3-5 web-app and mobile app projects. We will not review applications without a portfolio.
•  Your portfolio needs to be a single link or a PDF file with clearly visible UI work.
• Applications with multiple files or links will not be taken into consideration.
• Please do not send us Figma team invitations; we can't accept those.

Nice-to-haves

• Good understanding of how front-end development implements UI designs (HTML/CSS frameworks, component structure, responsive behavior).
• Experience with design systems.
• UI animation and interaction design skills.
• Familiarity with iOS/Android design patterns.
• Basic understanding of accessibility principles.
