About the role and the Team:
This role is a blend of solution design and business analysis. It focuses on analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The role demands an understanding of both business processes and technical aspects, facilitating the delivery of technology solutions that enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
What will you be doing?
Business Analysis and Requirement Elicitation:
- Engage in the initial stages of project requests to capture and define business needs.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements across multiple departments.
- Develop and review business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders, Solution Architecture team, Finance, and vendors.
- Manage project scoping to determine the need for technical solutions or process changes.
Solution Design and Technical Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication and understanding between internal development teams and business stakeholders.
- Participate in backlog management and scoping sessions.
- Produce detailed solution designs, technical specifications for both existing and new Hyperoptic systems.
System Integration and Support:
- Monitor and optimize the usage of OSS and BSS/CRM systems.
- Identify and communicate potential system improvements and risks, proposing mitigation plans.
- Support Solution Architecture team in aligning system changes with stakeholder needs.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Responsible for documenting requirements, configurations, and change requests.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for user training and system utilization.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Proficiency in documentation and analysis tools
