Summary 

For our parent company Proximus Group, an international telecommunication company, we are looking for a proactive individual to fill the highly skilled Technical Analyst position to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, implementable technical solutions, with the ability to actively support development activities when needed. This role combines business analysis, technical design, and hands-on contribution.This role is central to ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into actionable technical requirements and that the delivered application meets expectations.

Your Job

• You act as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders, Product Owners and the development team.
• You facilitate clear communication to ensure mutual understanding of goals, constraints, and expectations.
• You translate business needs into detailed functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
• You create and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data models (using TargetProcess, xWiki and other tools).
• You support prioritization and backlog management.
• You collaborate with the team in technical analysis and grooming sessions. 
• You assist in change management activities, including impact analysis and documentation updates.
• You participate in the release process, ensuring smooth deployments. 
• You help with troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure a high uptime and good performance. 
• You challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient complex solutions. 
• You create and maintain technical documentation for all code changes and updates. 
• You stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies including AI and suggest new approaches to improve efficiency and productivity. 

Your Profile

• You have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• You have a minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Technical Analyst or equivalent role in applications using Angular FE, Java backend using Microservices architecture.
• You have a strong ability to translate business concepts into structured technical requirements.
• You have solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• You excel at  communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• You own analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• You are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in English (mandatory).
• You have familiarity with AI tools and their application in daily analytical work (considered a plus).
• You have practical coding experience (considered a plus).
