Facts about Proximus in Serbia

2017 – Proximus acquired BICS and in that way become present on Serbian market.

2021 – Proximus acquired Telesign and made stronger presence on Serbian market.

2023 – Proximus officially opened their office in Belgrade and start operating independently.

2024 – Our Belgrade office grew to over 70 employees.

Selection process

Our selection process is designed to be transparent, engaging, and reflective of Proximus' collaborative culture. It consists of four steps:

  •  Getting to Know You: Our journey starts with a virtual interview with a recruiter. This is your chance to share your background, experience, and career goals, while we give you a glimpse into our Proximus team and culture. We want to understand how you'd fit in and contribute to our success.
  • Assessing Your Skills:The next step depends on the role. For technical and engineering positions, you'll participate in a technical interview focusing on your relevant skills. For other roles, you'll have a panel interview with the hiring manager and potential team members. This online interview allows them to assess your qualifications and is also your opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the team you might join.
  • Making You an Offer: If you impress us in the first two stages, we'll present you with a formal job offer. This will involve a detailed discussion where we explain the offer, outline the benefits package, and answer any questions you have. We want you to be fully informed before making your decision.
  • Welcome to Proximus! Once you accept the offer, a dedicated recruiter and HR team will guide you through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role. Your Proximus family is here to support you from day one and throughout your career journey with us.
