Schneider Electric DMS NS LLCis a company of Schneider Electric located in Novi Sad (Serbia) as an IT company dedicated to developing and promote solution in the field of the electrical power engineering management software. Talent Acquisition Associate

The candidate for this position should have the following competencies and experience:

University degree –VII
1 year of experience in similar positions – IT recruitment is preferable
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility and adaptability to change
Experience with full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, contacting candidates, interviewing, following-up with candidates is preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Strong ability to multi-task
Curious, creative, attention to details and out-of-the-box thinking
Team spirit and also ability to work independently when needed
Ability to present information concisely and identify key issues clearly

Responsibilities:

Provides information, updates applications and recruits interested students for all student programs implemented in the company;
Coordinates the process of communication and implementation of student programs between students, team leads and the HR Legal Affairs and Support Team;
Prepares and issues various types of reports and documents after the completion of student programs at the company;
Assists in the implementation of the selection procedure (testing, competency assessment, interview) in accordance with the company procedure;
Represents the company at job fairs and similar events, provides necessary information about the company and working conditions, as well as potential employment opportunities;
Prepares materials and visual solutions for social networking purposes
