The candidate for this position should have the following competencies and experience:

• University degree –VII
• 1 year of experience in similar positions – IT recruitment is preferable
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility and adaptability to change
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, contacting candidates, interviewing, following-up with candidates is preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Curious, creative, attention to details and out-of-the-box thinking
• Team spirit and also ability to work independently when needed
• Ability to present information concisely and identify key issues clearly

Responsibilities:

• Provides information, updates applications and recruits interested students for all student programs implemented in the company;
• Coordinates the process of communication and implementation of student programs between students, team leads and the HR Legal Affairs and Support Team;
• Prepares and issues various types of reports and documents after the completion of student programs at the company;
• Assists in the implementation of the selection procedure (testing, competency assessment, interview) in accordance with the company procedure;
• Represents the company at job fairs and similar events, provides necessary information about the company and working conditions, as well as potential employment opportunities;
• Prepares materials and visual solutions for social networking purposes
