Senior Java Game Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our cross-functional, self-organizing, and highly autonomous team. Following Agile principles, we emphasize shared responsibility, collaboration and team spirit.

• Document, test and deploy software to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Deliver well-structured, efficient and reusable code
• Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and share best practices
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering their professional growth
• Contribute to project and release planning, ensuring timely and successful delivery

You will be a match if you have:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Java development, with expertise in frameworks such as Spring Boot and Vert.x or any other comparable framework with a focus on reactive and asynchronous programming
• Strong knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and platforms like Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and services, particularly AWS
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, with experience in standards like OpenAPI, OAuth, and OpenID Connect

It would be awesome if you also:

• Have experience in iGaming
• Have experience with monitoring tools like Grafana for visualizing metrics and improving system performance
• Are security-first mindset with the ability to implement secure coding practices
