Senior Java Developer (m/f/x)

In this role, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Take on a mentoring role within international Agile Scrum teams, sharing knowledge and experience.
• Contribute to the entire development process – from gathering requirements to implementation and release of applications.
• Participate in expert groups and play a key role in shaping the evolution of software architecture.
• Leverage strong communication skills, team spirit, high commitment, and a solution-oriented mindset to actively drive ideas forward.
• Participate in code reviews to share knowledge and continuously improve overall quality.

Profile:

• You have solid knowledge of Java, ideally complemented by experience with Spring frameworks.
• You are passionate about analyzing, modernizing, and further developing existing applications.
• You have very good knowledge of software design patterns, actively participate in review processes, and take security best practices into account.
• You have strong experience in building scalable distributed applications, microservice architectures, and working with cloud platforms.
• You already have experience using AI-supported tools in the context of software development.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Motivation and interest in sharing your knowledge with others.
