A global manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to assist with IAM transformation program, ensuring secure and efficient access to resources across their large-scale enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Hardening: Enforce Conditional Access policies and security measures (App Registration, Delegations, Break Glass Accounts) within Microsoft Entra ID solution to protect identity data and ensure compliance with industry standards, including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), SSO (Single Sign-On) and SoD (Segregation of Duty) rules.
- Optimization: Identify and implement optimisation strategies to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of IAM services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with senior IT leadership and stakeholders to align IAM services with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain high-level documentation and guidelines for Entra ID architecture and maintenance.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IAM area and recommend innovative solutions to improve the infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Faculty: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Security, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and managing Entra ID (ex. Azure AD) solution.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Entra ID architecture, identity governance, access management, authentication protocols, and related technologies.
- Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Certifications (optionally): Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar are preferred.
