We are Fin-Tech company making a large impact in the Credit Check Industry and we are expanding our team with new team members and looking for DevOps Engineer who can work with us from our office in Serbia, Belgrade as part of our Tech Subsidiary FINcode d.o.o Belgrade.

Who you are
- You are a friendly person and have a constructive attitude
- You have professional experience as a DevOps Engineer
- You have experience with configuring and use of AWS Cloud Environment: EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, SES, Athena, etc..
- You have experience with cloud security management
- You have experience with scripting tools: Terraform, Bash, Python...
- You have experience with Maintenance / Orchestration / Configuration Management and CICD Tools
- You have experience with networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP
- You have experience with the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Gitlab, Grafana
- You have experience with SQL Database and Big Data Pipelines Managment
- You have experience with SecDevOps
- You have excellent Linux know-how
- Your spoken and written English is Excellent
Additionally
- Its an plus if you are familiar with these technologies: NodeJS, React, NextJS...
- It's an extra plus if you are AWS Certified

Niska operativna opterećenost: Često nema prevelikog pritiska u radu, a radno okruženje je opušteno. Kada nema aktivnih taskova, nema ni posebno visokih očekivanja, što nekim ljudima može prijati. Kvalitetan menadžment iz centrale: Iskustva sa menadžmentom iz Austrije uglavnom su pozitivna, komunikacija je profesionalna, a saradnja prijatna. Kolege: Većina članova tima je bila veoma korektna, otvorena za saradnju i spremna da pomogne.
Zamerke
Kompanija je oko četiri godine prisutna u Srbiji, a u tom periodu je kroz firmu prošlo oko 9-10 ljudi koji su dali ili dobili otkaz, najčešće zbog lošeg vođenja od strane „tehničkog direktora“, koga mnogi doživljavaju kao manipulatora. Trenutno u firmi nema nijedan developer koji je tu duže od šest meseci, jer nakon godinu-dvе ljudi shvate s kim imaju posla i odlaze. Taskova često nema po nekoliko nedelja, a onda ste vi krivi što ništa ne radite, umesto nesposobnog menadžmenta koji ne ume da organizuje posao. To znači i da nema napredovanja u znanju i iskustvu, dok industrija napreduje, a vi tapkate u mestu. Mikromenadžment je na veoma lošem nivou. Odmore morate u januaru da zakažete za celu godinu, sve slobodne dane morate iskoristiti u istoj godini bez prenosa, a odmor se mora koristiti u blokovima (2× po dve nedelje i 1× jedna nedelja), bez mogućnosti uzimanja pojedinačnih dana. Ljudi u timu (developeri, ne šef) zaista su bili otvoreni za saradnju, uvek spremni da pomognu i vrlo korektni. Međutim, pitanje je da li je iko od te ekipe još uvek tamo, jer svi vremenom napuštaju firmu i odlaze. Sve u svemu, firmu je najbolje zaobići, jer ni oni sami ne znaju šta žele.
