- New S4/HANA project implementations and rollouts
- SAP ECC to S4/HANA migrations
Designs, implements, monitors, and updates applications that support and/or enhance business operations. Maintains services and is responsible for user management and security administration.
Functions include managing the process of developing, deploying, and maintaining applications and software, which may also involve architecture, engineering, estimating, and project management to support maintenance operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provides support to Clients in relation to ERP software solutions.
- Preparation of applications on the order and functional plan of the coordinator (VBA, C#)
- Work in the ABAP programming language in order to solve problems in the SAP application, and test and release into production the development results and production of supporting documentation.
- Changing of existing programs, transactions, and smart forms in order to improve the functioning of the client ERP.
- Cooperation in the project teams as a team leader of the working group, directing junior colleagues in functional areas.
- Autonomous development of more complex programs or sub-programs based on technical specifications and at the request of the coordinator and technical director.
- Analysis and auditing find and better software solutions in the ERP environment
- Provides directing to juniors in their team in the form of orders and draft program schemes for the development, overlaying, and controlling of their work and development.
YOU HAVE
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing and/or maintaining SAP solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher education (preferably engineering and/or informatics)
- SAP Fiori/UI5 development experience
- Expertise in SAP HANA database technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform.
- In-depth understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and innovation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to support junior consultants through mentoring and peer reviews
- Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in written communication
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus
