Your role would include:
  • Leading/support in the strategic modernization of the SAP BW landscape and all its end points (BW/4HANA, HANA, Business Objects, SQL, Analytics Cloud, Tableau)
  • Support in definition of analytical requirements with stakeholders
  • Active involvement in projects across the entire spectrum of tool chain and business processes
  • Writing system documentation, procedures, and product descriptions
  • Active support in various internal improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Relevant education or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position (minimum 3+ years of experience)
  • High degree of knowledge of best practices in SAP BW/4 data warehousing and HANA modeling
  • Experience with CDS views/entities (extraction process for the creation of data sources)
  • Experience in using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting
  • Experience doing DB development with SQL
  • Experience with ABAP and SAP ERP modules desirable
  • Precise working style and excellent communication skills in complex projects
  • Ability to successfully communicate and collaborate with colleagues and business subject matter experts, ability to conduct analyses and effectively communicate results
  • Very good knowledge of English

Upoznaj kompaniju RT-RK

Mi smo RT-RK i proizvodimo embedded softver.  Započeli smo ovu granu industrije pre 30 godina.

Embedded je softver putem kog tvoj ekran u kolima komunicira sa motorom ili čipovi u zvučniku sa ostatkom sistema pametne kuće. RT-RK radi najkompleksnije projekte u toj oblasti na svetu, ali više o tome kasnije.

Ponosimo se time da smo obrazovali preko 1000 inženjera u ovoj oblasti, od kojih velik deo još uvek radi kod nas. Sarađujemo s fakultetima u istraživačkom radu. Imamo mentorske programe, stipendije, i naši zaposleni kroz rad na inostranim projektima imaju priliku da iskuse rad u inostranstvu.

Sedište nam je u Novom Sadu od samog početka, a vremenom smo otvarali i odeljenja u Beogradu, Banjaluci i Osijeku.

Pomažemo studentima da postanu ozbiljni inženjeri

Organizujemo različite letnje škole i prakse kako bismo pružili studentima priliku da se upoznaju sa industrijom i steknu prva iskustva. Tokom jula i avgusta organizujemo letnje škole u Novom Sadu i Beogradu iz embedded oblasti razvoja.

Osim toga, nudimo programe stipendiranja za studente na različitim nivoima studija. Stipendiramo i izradu završnih radova (BSc i MSc) ako izabereš neku temu sa spiska instituta RT-RK.

Sjajne kolege, spremne da pomognu i odlicni strucnjaci u svojoj oblasti Zaposleni mogu da promene tim ili projekat bez problema i vrlo dobro su primljeni i dobrodosli u svaki novi tim Kancelarije u BG, NS i Indiji, a cesta su druzenja izmedju gradova, kao npr zajednicke zurke, sastanci, tim bilding itd...

Zamerke

Los rad funkcija podrske i tu postoji mnogo mesta za napredak. Uloziti malo vise novca i vremena u funkcije podrske (HR, Finansije, Logistika) jer te male i sitne stvari stvaraju frustraciju bez razloga.
