Resource Manager

 As a Resrouce Manager in our Banking Support team, you will be involved in:

• Planning, developing and coordinating Business Line team according to ASEE standard to achieve high level of service and efficiency
• Planning, developing and coordinating specific business unit team on a daily basis
• Reporting and controlling
• Supporting Project Manager on banking software project implementations
• Maintaining OO policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy with the ASEE Country Group Standards and Guidelines

About you

• You have 1 year of relevant experience within the particular area
• You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Technical/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or a related field
• You have knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Jira
• You have an understanding of common software development life cycle methodologies
• You are communicative and team-oriented
• You have developed problem-solving and organizational skills
