We are a US based company, headquartered in San Francisco with a development center (Pamet d.o.o.) in Belgrade, Centar Sava.
With more than 300 tech solutions delivered over the past 18 years our deep expertise in software development allows us to provide one of the best products in the industry.
We are looking for a project manager to join our delivery team. You will work directly with the Delivery leads in implementing the role of a project manager, together shaping delivery processes with a goal to prepare them for future growth. Projects that will be under your management are all for US clients.

Your day-to-day tasks would be to:
- Manage multiple projects’ delivery with proven quality, within agreed timeline and budget
- Coordinate the team’s resources and third parties for the execution of projects
- Support the definition of project scope and objectives together with the delivery leads during proposal preparation (bid management)
- Ensure resource availability and allocation and manage change orders
- Develop processes to monitor and track progress on project delivery
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, by building your network
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
Education and Experience
- University degree, a degree in engineering or management is a plus
- 3+ years in an IT project management role
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Entrepreneurial aspirations
- Methodology knowledge such as PMI, Prince II, AGILE; certifications are welcome
