Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled Product Designer to join us. Your main job is to make sure our web and desktop apps are easy and enjoyable to use. You'll work on designing how things look and work, making sure they meet what users need and along the way, you’ll be heavily collaborating with product managers.
Responsibilities:
- Designing the user experience and user interface of software and web applications according to user needs and expectations
- Creating prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test functionality before coding, enabling early identification of potential issues and optimization of user experience
- Monitoring the quality of design implementation throughout the development process, with an emphasis on maintaining a high standard of user experience
- Regularly updating and maintaining internal design guidelines to ensure consistent user experience throughout the product
- Participating in the conception of new features and characteristics of digital products, together with other members of the production team
- User research, identifying their needs and problems, analyzing results, and creating design solutions in line with research findings
- Monitoring and analyzing competition to identify competitive advantages and ensure products are innovative and relevant in the market
- Testing designed solutions with users to determine if they solve user problems and meet user expectations
- Conceiving, designing, and overseeing the implementation of design systems and components of software and web application user interfaces
- Executing all other tasks related to designing user interfaces
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficient in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing past work
- SaaS app design experience
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for design implementation
- At least 4 years experience
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Adaptability and willingness to iterate based on feedback and user insights
Bonus:
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of data-driven design and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience designing for multiple platforms (e.g. desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
