Marketing Project Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives. This role bridges strategy and execution - keeping campaigns organized, teams aligned, and deadlines on track. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, product, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and driving measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Scope and define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and content initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, product, and external vendors.
• Act as the central point of communication, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Process & Workflow Management

• Develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks or roadblocks.
• Implement best practices, templates, and tools to streamline execution.

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor project performance against KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide regular status updates and post-project reports.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or similar role (agency or in-house).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills - able to coordinate across teams and manage expectations.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid, social, email, content, SEO) is a strong advantage.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
