We are currently seeking a Data Marketing Analyst to join our office in Novi Sad, Serbia.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to analyze performance data, measure success, and provide actionable insights that drive better marketing and product decisions. You’ll be responsible for identifying trends, monitoring KPIs, and creating data-backed recommendations to improve ROI across digital channels. You'll also be assisting with expanding our tracking methods to better monitor performance. A strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and performance measurement is essential.
This position requires a high attention to detail and curiosity for uncovering insights in data. Strong organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze marketing performance data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media, Google Search Console)
 - Develop and maintain spreadsheets / dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and customer acquisition costs
 - Evaluate marketing channel effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve ROI
 - Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for the marketing team
 - Work with campaign managers to identify and establish measurable goals, monitor results, and optimize performance based on data trends
 - Identify data gaps and ensure accurate tracking through tools like Google Analytics and event-based measurement
 - Assist in A/B testing setup for select campaigns and conduct post-test analysis to measure impact
 - Stay current with analytics best practices, tools, and digital marketing trends
 - Develop understanding of internal tracking measurement tools and make recommendations to improve existing internal systems
 
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analytics, digital marketing, or performance marketing analysis role
 - Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualization tools
 - Proficiency in interpreting marketing metrics and creating data-driven insights
 - Familiarity with data collection, attribution models, and conversion tracking
 - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
 - Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly
 - Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated
 - Experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment preferred
 - Must have strong organizational skills

Gde da počnem... Pa hajde da krenem od samog treninga kojeg nisam ni uspeo da prođem do kraja jer je firma tako odlučila. Naime, nakon mesec dana treninga, oni imaju pravo da odrede i dostave njihov razlog zašto zaposleni ne mogu da nastave dalje treniranje. Kako se navodi, mene dalje nisu hteli da treniraju jer sam pitao previše pitanja vezanu za jednu stavku koja mi nije bila razumna. Zar trening ne služi baš tome da se pitaju nedoumice kako bi bili sigurni kada počnemo da radimo da ne zgrešimo nešto? Pa u normalnoj firmi to je okej, ovde u Dynadot -u to se vodi kao "buduće potencijalno oštećenje firme". Ovako nešto mi se nikada nije desilo u karijeri. Takođe da dodam, da sama firma NEMA HR i sa time tako lako prolaze sa ovim licemerjem i dvoličnosti. Ako u oglasu stoji da je moguća mogućnost rada od kuće, to slobodno zaboravite, ukoliko nemate vi sami računar. Ukoliko Vi njih pitate za opremu, oni će naravno odbiti taj zahtev, i reći da morate da prvo prođete kroz šestomesečni probni period, iako im je kancelarija puna MacBook-ova i iMac-a.
