Junior Project Manager (Fintech)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Junior Project Manager to join us. This role is suited for someone with some initial experience in project coordination or management who is ready to take on more ownership within a fintech environment.

You will be responsible for managing smaller projects or workstreams, ensuring timelines are met, and supporting the successful delivery of implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects and release cycles from planning to delivery 
• Assist in creation of Project Plans, Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies 
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams 
• Support and monitor incident management, ensuring proper tracking and resolution 
• Identify risks and escalate issues where necessary 
• Prepare project status updates and reports for internal stakeholders 
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all involved parties 

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar role 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail 
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) 

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services 
• Exposure to Project Management methodologies 
• Basic understanding of incident or issue management processes
