Job title: Infrastructure Coordinator (6 month full time contract)
Office location with Hybrid working: Belgrade
About the role and the Team:
The Infrastructure Coordinator is responsible for owning end-to-end infrastructure coordination process. They will collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders to proactively drive the delivery, initiate actions, and remove obstacles to ensure the delivery runs smoothly. The coordinator will validate documentation and update relevant systems and database along the delivery process as well as maintain the relationship with partners, making sure the KPIs are in line with set company targets.
What will you be doing?
Workload Management
- Review and validate documentation before progressing to next stage of SOP
- Creating and obtaining documentation required for task progression
- Taking care of scheduling various types of work including incidents for the engineering teams and the overall schedule making sure they have all the information required for the work to go ahead successfully
- Raising tasks to other teams within the company based on tracking the timeline of our work and knowing which team is to get involved at which point of the process
- Responsible for understanding KPIs and being aware of activities required to achieve them
- Ensure all KPIs in area of Customer Build set by Line Management are met on agreed levels and timeframes and proactively flagging to Team Leader in case KPI trend is negative
- Working with engineers (internal and external) and to understand their best practice to meet deliverables
- Takes charge of resolving what is necessary and follows through to completion
Stakeholder Management
- Responsible for engaging and maintaining relationship and communication, both verbal and written, with the key
- Stakeholders (internal and external) including business partners, to ensure we have all the conditions met for the work to go ahead
- Follow through on their commitments and manage stakeholders (internal and external) on expected completion dates, keeping them informed on progress throughout
- Working with other Infrastructure Teams to deliver regular partners performance in relation to the set objectives and have the visibility of each partner's performance
Reports and Systems
- Ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of all reports from your partner are in accordance with business KPIs and meeting Hyperoptic and Openreach standards
- Due to the area of work, implementing changes to the internal processes that may happen due to keeping up with the industry's standards and changes that are being introduced, new technologies and systems being used
- Maintaining the database, trackers and systems up to date with the latest information, all relevant documents and notes are saved and uploaded
- Making sure partners update all internal systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Acting pro-actively against any issues that arise, to avoid unnecessary delays and maximize the efficiency in resolving incidents
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills - Good level of English skills - Written / Verbal
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products and ability to interrogate Google Maps and map-oriented systems
- Previous job experience requiring a high level of problem-solving skills
- Having the experience of working within a busy office environment
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Clear and professional telephone manner when speaking to 3rd parties
