TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its IT team:
IT System Engineer
Your Main Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of assigned projects for computer operations and enterprise systems administration
- Monitoring and maintenance of the production system
- Identifying the needs of development teams, making suggestions and implementing systems in accordance with the instructions from the Head of IT or Director
- Diagnosing and solving infrastructure problems
- Automation of system processes
- Maintaining technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, ITIL, CCNP) are a plus
- Knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Virtual cluster infrastructure
- Virtualization platforms
- Windows and Linux servers
- Data storage technologies
- Proxy server technologies
- Data center network infrastructure (switching, routing, leased lines, etc.)
- Fluent written and spoken English
