We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a varied set of technical skills and be confident to delivering exceptional IT support.

Responsibilities
- Manage and administer M365 environments efficiently
- Provide operational support for Windows laptop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Utilize ticketing systems, such as Jira, to track and resolve IT issues
- Demonstrate strong network knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in CompTIA A+ and Microsoft AZ-900 would be highly beneficial
- Previous experience in IT support or related roles

Procvat firme traje od 2020. do početka 2023. godine. Pohvale za prethodni menadžement firme.
Zamerke
Firma do nekog momenta bila dobra za ljude bez iskustva, sada je firma koju treba izbegavati. Menadžment neiskusan, ne poznaju osnove pozicije, ali Kinezima odlični za posredovanje informacijama i poslušnost. Nikada nisu održali nikakva saopštenja, sastanke niti bilo šta formlano gde bi objasnili bilo kakave promene koje su ovde konstantne, različite novine i stvari u firmi. Nevidljivi. Različitim oklonostimma na tržištu koje su uticale na kompaniju, kao i promena menadžementa (koji je tu fiktivno jer Kinezi sve aminuju) sve je krenulo loše. Ostale su beneficije koje se sada već smatraju osnovnim paketom, a ne benefitima. Masovno otpuštanje zaposlenih u poslednjih 6+ meseci, ne povećavanje plata zadnjih godinu i po dana i netransparentnost u poslovanju su stvari koje doprinose opštem nezadovoljstvu zaposlenih u ovoj firmi. Koriste se i dovijaju raznim nadasve čudnim i sumnjivim metodama pri otpuštanju zapsolenih. Kolegama u Kini je sve dozvoljno, u Srbiji se striktno poštuju pravila, stvara se bespotreban pritisak na radnike u Srbiji. Kineska posla.
