Our goal is to deliver quality software development solutions to customers. To join our small but carefully selected team we are currently looking for an: IT Project Manager

Required experience:
- At least 2 years of full time work experience as an IT Project manager
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is mandatory
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail
- Fluency in English
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Facilitating daily standup meetings and Scrum events
- Supporting teams in delivery of the committed sprint scope
- Guiding the team and broader organization on how to use Agile principles and values
- Managing and ensuring strong and professional relationships with clients
- Facilitating effective communication between product, development and QA
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Fostering continuous improvements towards execution and delivery
