Ticket resolution and verification
Infrastructure and application operations and monitoring
Audit logs and proactive reaction
Infrastructure costs monitoring
Security updates
Infrastructure cost monitoring
Update documentation and knowledge base

WHO YOU ARE

If you are a problem solver, passionate about working as a part of a team, and you are committed to bringing innovative solutions, then this is the position for you.

Minimum 2 years of experience in System Administration
Working knowledge of Linux
Working knowledge of Windows Server
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, Nagios or similar)
Basic networking knowledge
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability and willingness to learn
Good English communication skills/or German

Nice to have:

Experience with cloud providers (Azure (preferred), AWS)
Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python or similar)
Experience in database administration
