Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: IT Analyst

We’re looking for an IT Analyst to join our team and help expand our integration solutions and capabilities.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team of other developers, analysts and consultants on designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions ensuring smooth data flows between various systems and applications. You will be responsible for leading and advising new and existing clients in the design and implementation of integration processes in order to improve workflows through agile communication with clients, writing functional specification, system setup, implementation, software testing, training and/or reinforcement of training, and implementation support. You will also need to follow project standards within established time frames and at defined quality levels, and ensure projects are completed according to client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and executing assigned business projects according to client’s requirements.
• Working mainly on defining integration processes between various systems in the clients application landscape.
• Meeting with clients and other stakeholders to determine their requirements and the scope of projects.
• Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business.
• Creating detailed technical and business analysis, outlining problems and opportunities.
• Writing functional specifications for the developed solutions.
• Configuring and testing of the developed solution with clients (UAT).
• Presenting solutions in written or oral reports.
• Handing over the developed solutions and providing support to clients in adopting the solution.
• Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to stakeholders.
• Organizing training for end users and stakeholders.
• Regularly sending reports to team leaders and GET management about project status.
• Following up and escalating gaps, issues and enhancements identified throughout the project.

About you

• You have at least 1 year working experience in IT support, QA or similar quality focused role.
• You have worked closely with the clients in order to understand their needs and find the best way to address them.
• You are dedicated to finding ways to increase the quality of provided services and solutions.
• You are mindful of your workload, deadlines and task dependencies.
• You are able to explain technical information in non-technical terms.
• You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• You are genuinely curious and constantly striving to explore and learn more.
• You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Your English is at an advanced level or higher – written and spoken.

It would be a plus to have

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of APIs, REST, SOAP
• Experience with low-code development platforms (Boomi, Power Automate, Google AppSheet, Mulesoft)
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce, or Coupa.
• Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Asana).
