Our work is primarily in the life sciences and healthcare industries, where we help organizations make better decisions and accelerate research through technology.

We are currently looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and improvement of a client platform used in an international environment.

Work Setup:

• This position is based in Novi Sad, and candidates are expected to be located in Novi Sad
• Hybrid work model (2 days per week from office)
• Flexible working hours
• Combination of working on existing platform features and new development initiatives
• Collaboration with both DataDrill engineers and the client team

Role Overview

In this role, you will work on maintaining and improving an existing platform while also contributing to the development of new features and components. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to deliver reliable and scalable solutions using modern JavaScript technologies.

Your responsibilities will include resolving user-reported issues, improving existing functionality, and contributing to the development of new projects and features.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the existing platform
• Collaborate with the engineering team working on the client platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues reported by users
• Improve and refactor existing solutions
• Contribute to the development of new features and projects

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a JavaScript (Full-Stack) developer
• Strong knowledge of React and Redux
• Experience with Node.js backend frameworks (NestJS is a plus)
• Understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Proactive approach to problem solving and maintaining code quality
