DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Linux and automation to bridge the gap between traditional infrastructure and the evolving world of Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for building resilient, high-performance environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and collaborating closely with AI Engineers to optimize the deployment and monitoring of AI agents. Responsibilities & Technical Stack

• IaC & Cloud Architecture: Design, build, and maintain resilient, secure infrastructure across Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows environments using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Operations Automation & Tooling: Eliminate manual tasks by writing Bash and advanced Python scripts to build custom tools and self-healing system features.
• AI & ML Pipeline Integration: Partner with AI engineers to deploy, test, and optimize AI agents and ML pipelines (ingestion, training, deployment)—focusing on resource orchestration, latency reduction, and guardrails (rate-limiting, cost, privacy).
• CI/CD & Containerization: Automate software delivery and vendor application setups using GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Data Formats: Mastery of YAML and JSON for writing Kubernetes manifests, cloud request payloads, and CI/CD pipeline definitions.
• Querying & Migrations: Core SQL and NoSQL skills to execute sanity checks, manage connection pools, and integrate automated database schema migrations (e.g., Flyway, Liquibase) into deployment pipelines.
• REST & gRPC: Knowledge of API design and consumption for service-to-service communication, webhooks, and automated release triggers.
• Cloud & Infrastructure APIs: Interacting programmatically with platform APIs (e.g., AWS SDK/Boto3, Kubernetes API, HashiCorp Vault) to manage resources as code.
• Monitoring, AIOps & High Availability: Oversee system continuity, failover, and proactive incident response using Prometheus, Grafanastack for logging and AIOps anomaly detection.
• Support & Documentation: Participate in project setup meetings, maintain detailed system documentation, manage user/license access

About you

• At least 4+ years of working experience in DevOps position with strong focus on Linux
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects according to schedule
• Willingness to learn new things, investigate unknown problems and improve existing implementation
• Good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Advanced AI & ML Frameworks: Work with AI agents and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration experience
• Certifications & Systems: AWS certification, Windows Server administration, PowerShell scripting, and API gateway knowledge.
• Cloud FinOps: Hands-on exposure to cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices for high-compute AI workloads.
