We are looking for talented Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely.
Monthly salary range: €1,400-€2,000 (gross) + performance bonus
Depending on experience and performance.
Work schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off.
An option of 2 shifts to be permanently put on: 10:00-22:00 or 22:00-10:00 (Cyprus local time).
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers through live chat and e-mails.
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ issues and queries.
- Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions.
- Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.
- Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues.
Experience and qualifications:
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with excellent language skills.
- Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction and collaboration.
- Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.
- Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment.
- 2+ years experience in online customer support is mandatory.

Zamerke
Trening nije dobro organizovan, 9 sati dnevno svakoga dana nam predaju, ali imaju ozbiljne propuste i ne poznaju materiju iz guide-a. Kritikuju nas kad ne znamo nesto sto nisu spomenuli. Kada bih davala tacan odgovor, bilo bi mi rečeno da nije tacan a ipak bi se potvrdilo da je tacan kasnije. Jako losi testovi, napisani lose, stikliraju vas odgovor kao pogresan, a kasnije trener potvrdjuje da nije - ali se score racuna kao fail. Sabotiraju sve koji pitaju nesto, makar to bilo nesto bitno i osnovno, iako kazu da ohrabruju da se pita sve sto nas zanima kako ne bismo pogresili nesto kasnije. Trener je takodje bila jako sujetna i oborila me je posle samo nedelju dana trening onboarding procesa jer sam istakla greske u njenom predavanju. Kasnije mi je javljeno da su odlucili da ne nastave sa mnom. Javljeno mi je preko work-emaila od strane nje, a ja sam za svaki slucaj to potvrdila sa HR-em sa svog pravog maila. Oni su mi zapravo potvrdili da ona nije pod nadzorom i da je mogla da navede sta hoce i otpusti me. Rekla sam im za zamerke sa onbaording-a i kako sam, jos dok sam bila u radnom odnosu, htela da se formalno zalim, ali sam odlucila da ne komplikujem proces jer znam dobro svo gradivo vec. Nisam dobila nikakav transparentni razlog sto sam otpustena, samo da je 'behavioral problem'. Nisam ometala predavanje, nisam kasnila, nisam nista radila sto ne treba, samo pila vode lol.
