We are looking for: CAD Consultant - Trainer

Main mission is to Develop training material (slides or eLearning format) linked to CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE tool and client specific customization, support the training strategy and plan, deliver training and support other trainers.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall mechanical CAD training strategy plan and team for specific CAD topics and PLM
• Develop mechanical CAD training material
• Build training materials (Slides, eLearning, exercises with datasets)
• Monitor training content production progress
• Collect feedbacks on training and ensure Continuous improvement
• Build training surveys, quizzes ...
• Adjust training contents according to Client's feedbacks, capitalize in training support and format rules
• Support the trainers
• Manage approval process with Business, and revise materials
• Deliver training

About you

• Strong experience working in an mechanical engineering or design department
• Experience in industry
• Knowledge of different mechanical domains and tools: CATIA (V5, 3DX): Part Design, Surface Design, Assembly design, Drafting, Functional Tolerancing & Annotation, GD&T, BOM, Data Export/Import, Digital Mock-Up (DMU) ...
• Knowledge of mechanical domain and tools: PLM (Enovia, 3DEXPERIENCE)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good communication skills and business etiquette
• High initiative and proactivity
• Global and Cross-Cultural Mindset

It would be a plus to have

• Previous work in the automotive industry is a big plus
• Knowledge & experience in providing trainings
• Knowledge on Training Preparation (how to prepare training materials for eLearning, InClass training, How-To document)
• Knowledge of Mechanical Quality Rule Check tools
