Job title: SAP Inhouse Consultant - SAP FI/CO (m/w/d)

Location: Čačak, Serbia

Job Description:

• Consulting internal users regarding the design, documentation, and revision of business processes.
• Independently identifying optimization opportunities and incorporating suggestions from process participants.
• Managing technical projects, including international projects.
• Project control (deadlines, costs, quality).
• Managing projects using agile methodologies.
• Developing solutions within a team and coordinating with specialized departments, considering both economic and technical aspects.
• Implementation of new or revised processes and software solutions.
• Consulting, supporting, and training specialized departments on business processes.
• Designing, conducting, and documenting workshops in close coordination with specialized departments.
• Developing and supporting customer service offerings with a focus on quality.
• Team collaboration and a customer-oriented mindset with high quality standards.
• Leading and participating in different organizational and ERP/IT projects including their controlling, also in an international environment
• Rollout of application systems and processes to subsidiaries worldwide
• Level 2 support - analyzing malfunctions, initiating troubleshooting and processing tickets
• System maintenance - support and maintenance of running applications, reports, IT interfaces in the role of system manager (focus on SAP FI/CO)
• Maintenance of the worldwide key user structure and their support / training
• Development of a system strategy and a roadmap for its implementation
• Helping to shape our group-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation project as part of a cross-functional project team
• Coordination of external service providers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of business process management and IT project management.
• Practical experience in the SAP ERP environment regarding conception and implementation of processes with focus on FI & CO
• Structured working approach, high level of independence, and project management capabilities
• Experience in professionally leading project teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of IT fundamentals and business processes
• Strong communication skills and initiative
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Analytical thinking
