QA (Manual/Automation) Engineer – Guestfriend Team

We are currently looking for an experienced QA (Manual/Automation) Engineer with strong skills and proven experience who is ready to dive into the Guestfriend team, developing different software products for the hospitality industry.

Challenging things you’ll work on:

• Ensuring the quality, functionality, and UX of each iteration of our product development in cooperation with developers and project managers
• Develop concepts for test scenarios and optimize QA processes to ensure code and design quality at every stage of the development process
• Create, execute and evaluate manual and automated tests
• Improve and develop our infrastructure and platform for automated testing (Frontend Tests & Unit Tests)
• Participate in code reviews and Scrum

About you:

• 3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer and experience with Cypress framework and TestRail
• Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and others
• Solid understanding of process metrics and manual testing
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate actively across organizational boundaries, goal-oriented and independently
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
