About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Engineer with advanced expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to join our dynamic infrastructure team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing Windows-based environments, while driving adoption and optimization of the full O365 stack across the organization.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Lead deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Implement and manage hybrid identity solutions (Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA).
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce data protection policies across M365.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows and O365 platforms, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Windows System Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration portals.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity models.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Experience with Exchange migrations, Teams governance, and SharePoint architecture.
- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) are a strong plus.
