Webmaster

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Webmaster to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on managing, maintaining, and improving our digital assets. You will oversee the marketing team’s websites and landing pages, handle front-end development, troubleshoot technical issues and report back to CTO. Your contributions will ensure our web presence is seamless, functional, and innovative.

Responsibilities:

• Test and ensure the proper functioning of websites, features, and applications.
• Identify and report bugs or issues to the Webmaster and development team.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to maintain high standards.
• Build and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring optimized performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor platforms used for daily business operations, including servers and hosting platforms, while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking sheets.
• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining websites.
• Suggest creative and actionable recommendations to enhance website performance.
• Handle website and landing page HTML, and write and maintain code (HTML/CSS/JS/PHP).
• Communicate directly with clients, delivering high-quality outcomes and fostering positive relationships.
• Report back to CTO and CMO

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of web technologies and technical expertise in web development.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in WordPress development and maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and related tools (preferred).
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and expand your expertise into other areas.
