VIRTUAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Launch:

• Product Development: Collaborate with senior product managers and development teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute the development of new product features.
• Oversee game releases and conduct QA testing of the virtual product and promotion offering.
• Responsible for following up with game suppliers and our Customer Support team.
• Maintain close daily communication with third-party gaming suppliers and stakeholders to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements for all game releases.

Content Management:

• Manage and update game content regularly to ensure freshness and enhance player engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies for in-game events and promotions.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor game performance using analytical tools and user feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Provide reports on key performance indicators.

User Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience in virtual game environments.
• Address user complaints and problems promptly.

Cooperation with Teams:

• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and technical teams.
• Coordinate with external partners and suppliers as required.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure that all virtual games comply with relevant regulations and industry standards in every market where the company operates.
• Implement security measures for user protection and fraud prevention.

Background:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Understanding the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond, is crucial.
• Knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level).
• Excel proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills (resource management and team organization) and conflict management skills.
• Communicative person with strong interpersonal skills.
• Skills of adequate reporting and analytical thinking.
