Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated UX/UI Designer with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing user interfaces and improving user experiences across various digital platforms. You will work closely with our design, development, and product teams to create intuitive and engaging designs that meet user needs and business objectives. As a mid-senior level designer, you will also mentor junior designers and lead design projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to final implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, style guides, and UI components
• Ensure consistency and coherence of the user interface across different platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices
• Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions
• Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback
• Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs

Requirements

• BSc in Design, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4-7 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe products.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Robust portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
