UX Designer - Ifolor Team

Ifolor is active in 15 countries and is the market leader in Switzerland and Finland.

Together we are looking for a:

UX Designer

Who will join our Ifolor team. You will play a crucial part in crafting and refining user experiences, with a focus on aligning them with business goals and fostering an environment of ongoing learning through iterative testing. Your key responsibilities will include both designing appealing interfaces and conducting user research to validate and improve the eCommerce platforms.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and refine user interfaces using Figma, focusing on enhancing the user experience.
• Implement a test & learn approach to design, consistently iterating based on user feedback and data.
• Conduct and apply insights from user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and ensure designs align with these goals.
• Translate complex ideas into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs across various digital platforms.

Your profile:

• Minimum of three years experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other UX design tools and software
• Strong understanding of the test & learn methodology and its application in UX design
• Experience in user research, including conducting surveys, interviews, and usability testing
• A solid grasp of user-centered design, responsive design, and an understanding of accessibility and usability practices
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for presenting ideas and receiving constructive feedback
• A passion for UX, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends and technologies
