We are Direction, a design studio based in Belgrade, made up of a group of creatives who come from different backgrounds but share the same core value - You should always have fun while creating epic work!

The clients love our doings, so we keep on getting more stuff to do, and because we are nice guys, we can’t say no.

That’s why we need to strengthen our forces with a ready-to-help Junior.

We need someone that can handle multiple tasks like a superhero. You will learn how to collaborate with external development teams, discover your inner child all over again, and grasp the essential knowledge for your future career. We want you to experiment and most importantly grow with us. We would like you to have basic skills in UI/UX, Adobe CC or Sketch, but above all to be able to process and take action on creative feedback.
